A note from Aaron Martinek, owner of A-Team:
Over the years I have had the opportunity to be trained in many aspects of the building process.
While I enjoyed the work, some of the attitudes and environments of the companies I worked for were not always positive. I believe that when you work for a company that encourages and supports you, you can enjoy what you do all the more, and that joy will show through into your final product.
With A-Team, We have been able to create a positive working environment where the employees enjoy coming to work and can take pride in what they produce. I have worked hard to develop team consistency, which not only makes for a better working environment, but also shows through in the Quality of the work performed and the over all experience that you will have with your contractor.
